Well I've started Jazzercise in June and I am still going strong. Yesterday I got my 25 classes recognition. I really enjoy it. It is a lot of fun with the music and instructors. I also really like it because you can go at your own pace and they work out all of your muscles. Anyone interested in joining one near you go to: www.jazzercise.com
